More than 20 automatic distribution operators from Madrid, Barcelona, the Basque Country and Navarre have met in Gipuzkoa to interact with automatic machines that already include solutions to make invoicing with the Basque tax authorities easier via the TicketBAI system.
The meeting, organised by Sistiaga Lasa Vending Group, hosted various operating companies in the sector for a presentation and demonstrations of Telmarkt in use, the device created by Muxunav that upgrades various functionalities of vending machines with contactless payment systems, such as credit cards or Bizum.
In this way, Sistiaga, official nationwide distributor of Muxunav, tackled one of the most significant current topics in the north of the country: the TicketBAI system.
The success of the meeting stemmed precisely from the implementation of the system in the machines. Participants were able to learn first-hand about the tool’s features for solving the obligation to invoice the Basque tax authorities.
Various operators were able to discover the possibilities of Telmarkt, which makes it possible to resolve in real time the requirement to report sales with their corresponding VAT to the administrations, with no need to collect the data separately or carry out other tasks that, with these tools, are completely automated.
As Muxunav itself sums up, the great challenge of the event was for all participants to be able to interact with the automatic machines upgraded with the device, to see first-hand how simple it is to use and the information it is able to collect.

In the opinion of Íñigo Loza, project manager at Grupo Eleyco Taldea, “Telmarkt solves several needs for us at the same time: contactless payment and TicketBAI. We are going to roll it out on our machines”.
For Juan Merino, manager of Norvending, “it is essential to get up to date on our tax obligations, but also to equip our machines with the Bizum payment system. Every day more vending users prefer this method”.
